Pilo Care

1. Pilo Cure has to be applied two times every day. Once in the morning, after taking bath and 2nd time at night before going to bed.
2. Total Quantity of Cream to be taken for application is 1/4th of a teaspoon (5ML).
3. Take little quantity of cream from the above quantity and lightly massage it on the outside area of the rectum. Then take a little cream again and insert your finger in the rectum up to 1 inch and gently massage the cream in the inside wall.
4. Take little quantity of cream again and insert your finger further more in the rectum, up to 2 inches and again gently massage the cream until it is completely absorbed in the skin.
5. Finally take the balance cream and insert the whole finger inside the rectum area and gently massage inside the rectum walls until the cream is completely absorbed in the skin.
6. Always keep massaging the cream until it is absorbed completely in the skin.
7. You will slowly see the swelling inside the anus and the pain will start to subside from the day of usage. Slowly your piles (hemorrhoids), fissures, fistulas will be cured.

• To keep your body completely healthy, always eat easy digestible food.
• What Not to Eat: should not eat: meat, fish, chicken, eggs, Maida flour, fried, oily foods, Ghee, Sour are forbidden: such as lemons, tamarind and pickles).
• Water Drinking Rules: Always sit and drink water. Drink 8 to 10 glasses of water per day minimum. Normal or moderately warm water (250 ml per glass) is advisable. Do not stay on an empty stomach for more than two hours. Always have ½ Marie Biscuit and then drink water.
• What to Eat: You can eat papaya, banana, apple regularly. You can eat banana with milk, or just drink milk. It is forbidden to drink milk with other fruits.
• Regular Exercise :- It is advisable to do brisk walking / jogging of 10 mins in the morning and evening regularly as per your convenience.
